Job description

We are looking for a European Sales Network Support  to join our team in Barcelona (el Prat de Llobregat). You will have to follow up and control the sales processes and sales costs in order to increase the sales effectiveness and productivity of the sales team, with regular performance analyses and suggesting improvements and optimizations to give a complete support to the Indoor and Outdoor Sales.

 

Main responsibilities

  • The aim is the further development of the Sales in Europe and the set-up of common strategies to improve the sales performance.
  • Implementation of European standards in the different countries.
  • Follow the corporative strategies and tools of the company at European level.
  • Centralize and implement European tools, strategies, standards and structures.
  • Prepare specific analysis of Sales Effectiveness, Productivity, Sales development and stablished KPIs and propose corrective measures.
  • Analyse and optimize Sales costs. Follow up and preparation of Sales Budgets.
  • Analyse and pursue the results of global Sales campaigns. Prepare presentations
  • Analyse Sales/Customers evolution and propose corrective measures.
  • Implement company tools. Training and pursue of its correct use.
  • Coordinate events / meetings with countries / regions in Europe. Prepare Agenda and protocol for the meetings.                                                                 
  • Transfer and follow up of the Sales Management guidelines.
  • Follow up of actions plans by country.
  • Control the customers assignments and performance.

Requirements


  • University degree in Business
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 1-2 years in a similar position
  • IT and reporting skills
  • Willing to travel
